What We Do?

Horse Spirit Connections is a non-profit corporation offering customized, discovery focused learning experiences that explore relevant issues for organizations, teams and individual leaders.

How It Works?

By engaging in groundwork exercises with horses in a controlled setting, together we will uncover communication patterns. How the horse reacts to your communication, behaviour and body language provides us with clear, instructive feedback you can use to identify opportunities for team and individual Leadership development. At no point will participants be required to ride or mount a horse.

Each exercise is a combination of demonstration, hands on exploration and guided discussion. This allows participants the opportunity to experience, observe and reflect on how attitude, body language and intent impact what we communicate and the results we get.

Prior to the workshop, corporate and individual needs assessment forms are completed and emailed back to Horse Spirit Connections. These forms are developed in conjunction with management to ensure all goals are met.

At Horse Spirit Connections, you can take a break from the high tech environment and constant business pressures.

We are conveniently located just 45 minutes north of Toronto in a beautiful country setting. Horse Spirit Connections has complete facilities to hold a corporate meeting. This includes a meeting room and covered arena so that weather will not impact your program.
